Shipping policy
Free standard shipping usually takes approx. 8 days. Our handling time is 1-2 days. We work to process, fill, and get your order to you quickly. If you are concerned about your delivery, use your tracking number to track its location with your local postal service.
USA – All orders over $40 USD (before applicable taxes) include free standard shipping anywhere the U.S. Postal Service delivers. Orders under $40 USD (before applicable taxes) will be issued a $5 USD shipping fee. We only ship on business days, so if you order on a weekend or holiday, add an extra day (or two) to shipment timing.
Orders over $45 (before applicable taxes) qualify for free standard shipping anywhere Canada Post delivers. For orders under $45 (before applicable taxes), a flat $7.95 delivery fee applies.
Orders are packed and shipped on business days only. Most orders are delivered within approximately 10 business days from the order date. As we use a third party to deliver orders, delivery times are estimates only. It is possible your order may arrive earlier or later. There may be delays for holidays. Watch for an email from us with tracking information.
